Items on the Consent Agenda List are considered to be routine and non-controversial and will be approved by one motion and roll call vote. There will be no separate discussion or debate on these items except for the possibility of brief clarifying statements, which may be offered. If one or more Council member requests, any individual item may be removed from the Consent Agenda List and acted upon separately.
PUBLIC PORTION
: Should anyone wish to ask questions of the Council or seek an opinion, they should contact the individual Council member(s) before or after a Council meeting to get opinions or comments on certain issues. Those wishing to publicly comment shall come forward, give their name and address and speak into the microphone.
