I understand and agree that:

1.     Permit allows registered vehicle to park in metered spaces at the Jackson-Chestnut Street Parking Lot ONLY, without inserting coins. This does not apply to any other metered parking, within the City of Cape May.

2.     I acknowledge that no parking spaces are guaranteed, or set aside for this vehicle.

3.     To be effective, Permit must be placed on dashboard - driver side of automobile, to be visible from outside.

4.     Permits are not issued for a particular vehicle and may be used by the owner for different vehicles at different times. Permits are not transferable between permit owners.

5.     The City is not responsible for any damage, loss or other liability whatsoever.

6.     Check to be sure your permit is in place, before leaving the car. Failure to have Permit on display or your vehicle parked at other than metered space, will result in a Traffic Summons and Court Appearance.
