Buses and vehicles over 9 passengers require a bus permit. Cape May MAC is the City's managing entity for the Charter Bus Permit Portal. Whether you're organizing a group tour, arranging a special event, or providing transportation services, we hope our permit portal will assist you in obtaining the necessary permit and find answers to any questions you may have about the permit application procedure. Please make sure to submit your Bus Permit applications at least ten days prior to your planned arrival to allow sufficient time for processing.
