Finance Department
The Finance Department, headed by Chief Financial Officer Neil Young, safeguards the fiscal integrity of the City, reports accurate and timely financial information to the City Council, the City Manager and the public, and provides financial management and record-keeping support to all the City departments to enable them to carry out their duties efficiently.
Procurement
The Qualified Purchasing Agent, Dan Shustack, is committed to providing best value results to the City and the public, through professionalism, effective procurement services of the highest ethical standards, and technological and strategic advancements to ensure open and fair competition, in accordance with Federal, State, County and Municipal laws.
Payroll
The Payroll Office, staffed by Stacey Halbruner, is responsible for overseeing a variety of core functions. These functions include: labor law compliance and policy formulation, employee record keeping and maintenance, managing the City’s classification and compensation plan, employee benefits to include wellness, while also ensuring equal employment compliance for a diversified workforce.
