The Cape May Convention Hall is responsible for compliance with applicable regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act as it pertains to the physical structure of the facility and permanent equipment. Licensee is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to non-permanent accessibility requirements such as, but not limited to, seating accessibility, exhibit area accessibility, as well as auxiliary aids for visually impaired, hearing impaired and mobility impaired.
